The Spotify LOREM playlist is a curated collection that blends emerging and established artists from genres like indie, pop, R&B, and alternative. Known for its eclectic and genre-defying nature, LOREM is designed for listeners who crave fresh, boundary-pushing music that spans both mainstream appeal and underground vibes.

My job was to lead the social media strategy for Spotify’s first live event, LOREM & Friends in Los Angeles, featuring artist Remi Wolf. The goal was to not only amplify event visibility but also to create social content that deepened fan engagement, showcasing both Remi's vibrant personality and her connections with fans through unique in-person interactions.

Creative Strategy:

  • Behind-the-Scenes Access: Recognizing Remi Wolf’s dynamic personality and close relationship with her fanbase, I designed a social content strategy that gave followers an intimate look into her world. This included behind-the-scenes videos, artist interviews, and casual moments that captured her energy in the lead-up to the event. By blending candid, relatable content with the excitement of the live event, we made Remi feel more accessible to her fans, offering insights into both her artistic journey and personal life.

  • Capturing the IRL Magic: To highlight the unique, in-person interactions between Remi Wolf and her fans at LOREM & Friends, I worked with the creative team to ensure that the content from the event reflected the authentic, fun, and spontaneous vibe of the party. We captured real-time moments where Remi connected with her fans, showing off the raw energy of the event. These included candid party clips, fan reactions, and footage of Remi performing, which were crafted into engaging reels and stories.

  • Using Elements of the Party: The event’s unique elements, such as custom-designed photo booths, vibrant decorations, and interactive fan experiences, became focal points in the content strategy. I integrated these into the storytelling by showcasing how fans engaged with these features, creating a sense of participation even for those who couldn’t attend. Through Instagram reels, we highlighted fan interactions, creative spaces, and the overall party vibe, making followers feel like part of the action.

  • Post-Event Amplification: Following the event, I curated content that extended the conversation beyond the live experience. This included recap videos, fan testimonials, and artist reflections that kept the momentum going and drove further fan interaction. By leveraging user-generated content and reposting fan reactions from the event, we amplified organic engagement and strengthened the community around Spotify’s LOREM brand.
